Currently the lowest priced homes in the Greendale Wisconsin market are located at 5581 Balsam Court and 5584 Arrowwood St. They are priced at $149,900. Balsam Court is assessed at $171,200 and Arrowwood Street is assessed at $169,200. Arrowwood is the green home and Balsam is the cream colored home.
