Here are the current market conditions for the Oak Creek Wisconsin Single Family Home Real Estate Market.

There were 40 homes sold during the 1st quarter of 2009 in the City of Oak Creek.  The monthly break down is as follows:

• January- 8 homes sold
• February- 17 homes sold
• March- 15 homes sold
