Single Family Home Sales Statistics for Milwaukee & Waukesha Counties February 2009

February Single Family Home Statics are an improvement over January but leave a lot to be desired.  I would expect that with the new home buyer stimulus plan coupled with the low interest rates that we will see the numbers get progressively better this year.  The only thing that is keeping this all in check is that banks are still requiring people to actually have a job, money down and a good credit score.  Hard to believe!
